    • RE: Pat's vs Mindchamp

When we started with Mindchamps, we noticed our daughter enjoys going to school and is making great progress in terms of her motor and sensory skills. We’ve also noticed improvements in her language skills (both English and Chinese) as her pronunciation gets more refined week by week. She enjoys counting from one to ten in English too – which she wasn’t too familiar with before. The teachers are really good. 😉

Milk exposed to extended sunlight can suffer from light oxidation which will change the flavour of the milk and destroy some of the vitamins. So ensure it is kept in a dark place.
This explains the discoloration of our baby's milk.. I did not know until I read this one..

      Overnight Choco-coco

We can never say no to chocolate – especially when it’s as healthy as this chocolate and coconut concoction. The slight bitterness from the unsweetened cocoa powder is balanced out by the sweet and refreshing shredded coconut. The flaxseeds gives this dish a nutty touch, crunch, as well as tons of nutrients and fibre.

      Ingredients:
1 cup shredded coconut (fresh, not dessicated)
      1 cup ground flaxseeds
      2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
      2 tablespoons honey
      1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
      250ml Magnolia Plus Oats Lo-Fat Hi-Cal Milk
      1 banana
      ½ tablespoon chia seeds

      Directions:

Throw ⅓ cup of shredded coconut along with flaxseeds and cocoa powder into a mason jar.
Mix until everything turns brown from the cocoa powder.
Add Magnolia Plus Oats Lo-Fat Hi-Cal Milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
      Stir everything well.
Layer your mason jar with the concoction and the remaining shredded coconut.
Leave in the fridge overnight to set.
Top off with sliced banana and chia seeds when ready to eat

I am thinking of pampering myself with a watch. Budget around $2000. What do you recommend?
I personally like Tissot. Are you looking to get an automatic watch or the quartz one?

Same same. Online shopping is very convenient and you can save a lot of time. Also great promotions and better than going to the physical store
