Hi, wondering if any parents have any experience with NUSH Accelerated Enrichment Courses offered to P6 kids? My boy is offered CM1331A and PC1331A. Any recommendations on which course to take?

Actually the gender differences in STEM abilities are quite evident in primary school students as well when we look at Math Olympiad results and gender divide in specialised schools such as SST and NUSH.
I read that gender differences in math and related spatial abilities aren’t largely evident until children reach adolescence. That would mean not until when in secondary school. And it’s caused by stereotyping

Think @bbpinksg is referring to Year 3 admission exercise. Selection test was on 12 Sep and next round on 26 Sep. So outcome of selection test should be out anytime within this week.
Outcome already out on 4th Aug. Selection test results out in July n Camp was in July too. -

I am wondering about the same. But, seems like the Principal talk for CO/WL already happened on Monday, so I doubt there will be any more CO/WL. Though not sure why all rejection letters aren’t sent as yet. Even I did not receive anything for academics domain.
Has ACSI given out all rejection emails last week? Are there anyone waiting for CO/WL? Will there be another round of rejection letter? I'm referring to sports domain -

My girl applied through Math to RGS, there was a math assessment and some group work with presentation. And that's it, 1 round only.
She applied to NUSH as well, and need to go for academic test and followed by science camp only. Selected students after science camp may go for interview. Thereafter wait for results.
She got confirmed offers for both. NUSH results out early Aug, RGS results out yesterday.
Wondering which school is she inclining towards RGS or NUSH? -

Ohh, so we should just wait for the Rejection email. Actually, in hindsight. it’s ok as my DS already has CO from the school he wanted. So this result was more for a sense of achievement. Any idea whether WLs were also sent alongside COs and btw, which school did your DS ultimately go to?
COs came the earliest, with emails all being sent on the same day. At the principals briefing they urged those who were certain that they were not going to take up the CO to let the school know, so that they could make places available to the next kids in line. Rejections I remember hearing came very late. -

Anyone received CO for Academics from ACSI. And wondering whether they send rejection emails too simultaneously?
