          Good morning.

Early breakfast - instant oats with milk, sprinkle with pine nuts and raisins.

            Good morning :rahrah:

Breakfast was unsweetened green bean soup, had lots of beans, saved the soup in the flask and brought to the office. Pre menses, need the green beans to rid the water retention.

And again I learn something new from you. And timing is great as well. Been getting water retention lately. Pretty bad. I suspect it could be due to the meds that I am on. Was wondering what kind of food will help rid water retention and voila, saw your post. Haha

I notice that I am peeing lesser than normal this morning. So now upping my water intake and watching my salt intake to help flush the water out.

            Good morning, Funz.

Greenbean work extremely well for me, and next is barley and job's tear.

When the green bean just split, we would off the fire, take out the soup, And then add more water to boil into green bean soup. The first round of green bean soup is the most effective to rid water retention, but not advice to drink everyday, too 'cold'... we don't soak the bean if I want the 'virgin' soup šŸ˜‚

Something new.. has this always worked out for you since pubescence?

                Oops, just saw this...

I started to have serious water retention a week after giving birth to dd1, really bloated, peed little and less frequent like only 6x a day, not sure it was due to the rich protein meals during confinement month or just hormone changes. The confinement lady taught me this green bean soup but can only drink after birth 40days. On the first try, it was so effective that I sat on toilet for hours, the pee was non stop, after that I felt much lighter and all my joints were more flexible.... Have been drinking it to rid water retention since.

Or even barley drink?
The home-made one is not nice compared with the owns sold outside.
