Ptm? Is this a briefing session? Child has to be present for ptm. For briefing, not mandatory but some parents bring small children also.

From my experience during dd1's yr, nope.

The various CCAs are set up in the Sports Hall which is opp the MPH.

It is free and easy, any CCA catches your eye, you can visit that booth and chat with the students manning the booth.

During dd1's year, there was performance by some of the CCA.

You can also talk to the CCA teacher-in-charge if they are there.

During my dd1's year, the CCA open house was conducted during orientation day.

This year, orientation day didn't have the Open House. ds knows what are the CCAs so he has decided what he wants. We will see how it goes 😄

I find it a norm that so long as the child is in school, expectation is that the child. yep, my understanding is that school starts on 4 Feb after CNY hols. Is there any word of early release on 30th Jan?

Eh…traditional clothes are optional. Believe ds will be garbed in uniform as usual (sorry if spoilsport but I really dont quite believe in buying clothes for 1 occasion). Anyone knows if can wear that red school tshirt given out last year?
