I have been looking at the Phase 2B vacancies / balloting of NYPS for the past 12 years......it is a rare thing to ballot the PV at 2B.....they have been quite good in gauging the demand and supply .... better than forecasting the number of cars deregistering .......lolz
while school has control over the number of PVs, they have no control over the other eligible phase 2B applicants .... and in NYPS case, the grassroots ! -
80 hrs is too toughโฆ especially for working parentsโฆ

has been done....so guess they will continue to stick with it. I know someone who went through this route...she has an extremely successful career. -

some schools may require the PV hours spread over two years instead of one year .... so 80 hours or 120 hours (have not heard of, i suaku) over two years also no problem -

I know some who finished 40 hours 3 years before the kid is due (super cheong for 1 year only). :udawoman:titank:
