In fact SAP Pei Chun, reduced by 30, a total of 60 spaces over these 2 years.
Probably old estate and moving to single session.

pei chun already half (151) the total vacancies taken up at phase 1.

I super stress after seeing phrase 1 take up rate. The school i going to enrol my child left 166 vacancy for 2A1.

I so worry i may have to ballot in this phrase when i am staying more than 5km away.
Worst is when i went to collect my Alumni letter i saw a long list of parents name collecting their alumni letter too (more than 140 names).

Gosh! Even phase 2A1 is so packed. Looks like those in phase 2A2 won’t get a chance to ballot.
What’s your backup plan especially since you’re staying more than 2 km away?
This year’s p1 being dragon year kids...it will be tougher.

Does the Straits Times meteorology same as Mr Kiasu? Have u all compared? I hope that they took into account the Dragon yr # of babies, the added/reduced intake for each schools.

For school affiliated with MOE Kindergarten, whether phase 2A(2) requires balloting also depends on the number of students in the Kindergarten that applies under phase 2A(2). Those with siblings will go under phase 1 and some may choose other schools.


For example Sengkang Green, assuming 120 (20 students x 3 classes x 2 sessions) students.
Vancancy after phase 1 is 106. Assuming all 120 students fall under phase 2A(2), this school will require balloting under phase 2A(2).
