The official PSLE cut off points for 2020 has been released.
This is a compilation of COP for EXPRESS. It includes 2019 scores, median scores and location map for reference.
https://www.thewackyduo.com/2020/03/psle-cut-off-point-cop-express-2020-2021.html
we would like to clarify the info, you posted
May we know, where is your source of information from, regarding median, for each Secondary school, that you placed under http://www.thewackyduo.com ?
BECAUSE
MOE website did NOT supply 201nine PSLEcohort median for 2020 Sec 1 intake, for any of the Secondary schools in Singapore
example
refer RGS
what do we see ?
saw 261 to 282
ie. the COP and the highest T-score.
Do we see any Median, provided by MOE, for RGS ? No

To be more precise, you need to view the full site aka desktop version. Median and some other details are not available on mobile site.

It is useful, to know the Median for the entire cohort of a few hundred students in your own Secondary school, as Median represent the Sec 1 cohort level -
Hello parents!
I'm interested in making a website about Chinese (model?) compositions. However, that's still in the works.
May I request for some of you to send me some composition pictures or topics that your child received (and didn't score so well in)? I'll reply back with my own composition, along with some good phrases your child could use. [FREE, of course!]
My email is [email protected]
(Hope to receive many emails from you!) -

DSA students are excluded. Nevertheless, the median still represents the majority of the Sec 1 cohort in the school.

Dear all parents, I am not sure if I am asking the right question at the right place. My boy is taking PSLE this year and he is weak in chinese. At the recommendation of my friends, I enrolled him at HCL Bishan.
Literally every week, he was taught by a different relief teacher. From Jan till now, his class was taught by at least 5 to 6 different teachers and out of sudden in Feb, parents were told the permanent teacher suddenly resigned so the class was assigned another teacher. However every week, it is still different teacher.
I am very worried because this year is PSLE and if I know this is how HCL works, I will not enrol him there. It is horrible and irresponsible management at this tuition centre. How can they treat P6 class in this manner?
Anyone with kids at HCL and also face similar issues?
I feel it is too late now to switch to another tuition centre but if HCL continue to assign different teacher each week, how will the teacher/ centre be able to understand my child weakness and it will not benefit him either.
I really hope if some experts here can provide some advice. Should I engage private home tutor instead? I am really getting so nervous now. Thank you so much. -
Honestly, it’s very late to pull his grades up hearing yr description of HCL changing of teachers. It’s familiar - manpower shortage.
You might want to help yr child out with some targeted revision with him. Don’t wait. Less than 6 months remaining. -
Thank you very much Esteema. I will help him but I am also not strong enough in handling the comprehension portion. Some friends suggest I can try to engage private tutor who is a current school Chinese teacher. It is already Mar and 6 months to PSLE, I am not sure if anyone is willing to take up the assignment. I thought HCL is a reputable tuition centre. I am just so unlucky.
