I stay within 2km of Tao Nan and looking to increase the chances of registering for the school as we are unfortunately not alumni.

within 2km for tao nan, dont bother..dont even stand a chance to ballot.
you can refer to historical balloting...it's always 1km balloting for 2B.

Think I have helped quite a few across the past few years to get it signed under SHHK. Fyi, in recent months, I was being asked by SHHK to explain the relationship and how I get to know those I sponsored.
