For RVPS, at lunch time, there are 40 applicants <1km and 18 1-2km. When I called again at 4:45pm, the number <1km has increased to 44. Didn't even bother to ask again how many applicants 1-2km.

Seems like this year RVPS will have to ballot for <1km at phase 2C, not since 2006. :shock:
For ACSJ, the figures are 51 at less than 1km, 12 at 1-2km and 6 beyond 2km, also as of 4:45pm. Will ballot also lah IMHO.
My wife predicts some applicants at ACSP may withdraw last minute tml (already more than 19 applicants within 1km) and \"spill over\" to ACSJ, possibly forcing out the 12 applicants at 1-2km... esp for those who stay within 1km to both schools (Newton area) :idea:

Anyone know. tomorrow will be the official "WAR" day for many.
How are we able to get the exact number of applicants / breakdown for the school? Do we call the school direct or go down to the office and check?
I’m sure tomorrow, there will be lots of phone calls…etc sigh… so vexed!

RVPS going to have balloting this year but I would assume should be the same where 1-2Km going for balloting!

48 kids within 1 km have registered with RVPS.
As RVPS only have 45 slots, >1km kids no chance liao!
