Anyway, I heard that P regards VP very highly. If i am not wrong, VP was brought in by P from the same GEP school she came from.[/quote]that should be good for PH! imho, best that the VP becomes P if /when the P has to move on
not necessary. VP could be promoted to P. Best is promote the VP for the sake of continuity especially in the area of culture and practises, systems and processes.....verykiasu2010:

High profile school usually get P from externally posting.
existing parents of PH kids would have vested interested in this area, unless the VP is not up to standard ...... politically wrong for me to say it here ... but.. -

She is into her 6th year I think. Let's hope she stay longer ... Maybe retire from this school.

Mrs Foo joined PH in late 2006. This year shld be her 5th year. -

I am totally impressed by last year PSLE results. Very impressive! I think this year, PH will be very hot for P1 registration. Aren't we glad we are over it?
You can say that again

I heard from someone (you know, someone who's reeeally old enough to know such things, think his nick starts and ends with 'p') that last time PH was GEP sch. Am I mistaken?
you are absolutely right
if only Pei Hwa is also a GEP centre, the % of A+A* would certainly be much much higher
for the school to maintain the excellent results, and to improve upon it, partnership between P + teachers + kiasu parents is vitally importantly, each has its role to play in motivating the kids to perform and to bring OUT (not just bring up) the ability of each kid
You're right about the influence of P + teachers + parents.
Well, I dont' know how PH parents rate in helping their kids out academically, but I do know that some of us are extremely talkative .....

Agree, I almost forgot about our most impt stalkholders. Our kids!
3 cheers to P and team, and most importantly to the 2010 graduates, you have done PH proud :celebrate: :celebrate:
Let's put our hopes to current 2011 to-be graduates to outshine all and cheer once again

I am giving away 2 sets of my daughter's P2 notes (2nd semester). Both Mathematics and English as well as some P3 texts :
1. Art (perfect Match)
2. Social Studies
3. Conversational Melayu Pertuturan
I find the notes quite sayang to just throw unless there is no taker. Anyone?
Prefer one person to off load everything from me.
