Wow! Maid, you are really fantastic! :celebrate: I love the sweet buns!  and your little trays for the buns are so cute! Where did you get them from?

Maybe you should really consider opening a bakery! πŸ˜‰

You mean those tiny orange 'loaf pans'? They are actually rectangle silicon moulds from Daiso.

Oh I see... yes, and I wonder how you slice the long loaf and then insert stuff and twist it... such great skills!

The technique was taught by a bread Shifu at another forum. Learnt that years ago and it's about the only pattern I know whenever I make these sausage buns   and the sausages are no ordinary sausages. They are chicken satay sausages, again special request by the boys. They love these sausage buns.

That's why I thought they were sausages but then didn't quite look like sausages before being baked... so i didn't mention sausage and said \"stuff\" instead. HahhaA!!

The chicken satay sausages must be really yummy! Where did you buy the chicken satay sausages from?

At the moment, they can only be found at Sheng Siong.

Hi, I'm a newbie. See you have an interesting BM baking club here. I've been using a BM to bake many types of bread but lately been lazy, only doing the 'loaf' bread.

I've managed to dig out some old pics of BM bread I baked. Hope to share more recipes or ideas with you guys. πŸ˜„

This is my version of a 'marbled' white and charcoal bread with raisins:

Wow sYEO, can you share how you got the marbled effect? I love the swirl effect...

By the way, sYEO, what did you use to get the black charcoal colour?
