Any mummies at share with me the school fee for P1?

Hi Linlin,
There are no sch fees payable for Singaporeans.
Only $5.50 for standard miscellaneous fees (payable by GIRO for all students) and another $5.50 for second-tier miscellaneous fees (amount decided by sch...to a maximun of $5.50).

Second-tier miscellaneous fees can be paid via GIRO or through your child's Edusave account.

For MCS, the monthly combined mics. fee is $11 from P1-P6. πŸ˜‚

:thankyou: :thankyou: I still blur blur..thanks for the info.. I'm worried I can't afford them to go Pri. Now my first two in school their school fees total about 1200. Very tough :gloomy:
Hi Linlin,
If you are Singaporean, you can apply for subsidies through the school. You can get free textbooks and uniforms and fees will be waivered.( I think its called the\" F.A.S\" ;financial assistance scheme) Of course its case to case basis and they will need to know your household income ceiling etc,You can find out more in detail from the school.
All the best :xedfingers: :xedfingers:

Tinkerbelle, thanks for your concern. My 3 kids were down with hfmd, but have since recovered and gone back to school.

I actually live just across the road from Mayflower Secondary School (near the Bishan Park side), and the MCS girl who takes the bus from my area gets up the bus at 11.40pm and arrives home a little past 7. Infact, that is very likely the first few stops. So it's really strange that your friend's dd gets home so late! :scratchhead:

What are your plans for the September holidays? Are you going away as well? Or does your dd1 have to study and revise for PSLE?
hi michyms,
Hope all your kids are happy and healthy!!
You are super mum!!!! you work from home and managed the kids and the household!!! :udawoman:

Hi michyms,
Keke...can also relive 'park-tor' days. :rotflmao: Nowadays, DH and I also seldom watch movies alone....the kids always tag along and play gooseberries...haha

Seriously, the kids will really enjoy it. Oh forgot your 2 younger ones might be too young to appreciate. πŸ˜‰
Tinkerbelle, yup, the 2 younger ones can't do that much yet... so we always have to find age appropriate outings... so movies-wise, I think its better not to bring them. They can always watch DVDs at home πŸ˜‚

funkymummy, thanks for the compliments, I'm no super mum, just an ordinary one like all other mummies  I think watching movies in JB is such a brilliant idea - I shall do that when all my kids are older, then it'll be easier to drive in to Malaysia for short trips like that. Your dd is so hardworking - I'm sure her hard work will pay off in the long run :rahrah:

Hi michyms,
Watching DVD at home sounds like a good idea with little ones. All they need is just some pop corn...keke πŸ˜‰

Ye! It’s amazing that time really flies. It seemed like yesterday while our gals just started primary 1.

My gal is still in her post holiday mood, she is still in her beauty sleep now. Guess have to slowly adjust her sleeping routine again.

She is excited to perform on the Primary 1 orientation day for us. She brought a school bus survey form. I am impressed that the school is taking our feedback on bus services.

She has been joining dance club CCA since Jan so we are looking forward to see what she has been learning and maybe throw her some encouragements. She wants to discontinue her dance club and join other CCA next year. :bonk:
