Can someone advice me? I jusy bought \"Frozen saba fillet\" from NTUC. Am I suppose to deforst first or just cook it straight from frozen using Happycall?

My understanding is no need to defrost when using HPC pan. But better wait for others to respond since I have not personally tried this pan yet.

Ok. Thanks. because I am not so good at cooking too. I just wonder how to marinate the teriyaki sauce :?
The frozen Saba from NTUC is already lightly salted (my taste). There's no need to season, no need to defrost. I usually pour soy sauce and dizzle some lemon juice over it when done. You can also grate white radish (rinse once to get rid of the strong pungent taste) as condiment.

My version of Teriyaki sauce - basic ingredients are :
1) Kikkoman soy sauce
2) Mirin
3) garlic
4) ginger

Finally, received my Happycall after long wait of 10 days from Starshop. Try to fill the pan half fill with water and turn it around. No leakage!

Will update again after trying my first dish.
Hi. Shurley197323

Just checking if you rec'd the Happycall during working hours and on a weekday? Just wondering whether if the delivery guy will call to arrange for alternative delivery date if they happen to deliver it when no one is at home...

The sealer should come already fixed. The extra sealer given is for standby when the current sealer wears off.
