If i have 1m, i will take my family for a all-round check up in the hospital as i think that HEALTH come first. The remaining money will end up in a pro. Piano teacher for my DD/DS(future---im just a student) for them to learn to their best, travelling with my dearest family members, buy a small but comfortable room and lastly the remaining money, i will support some Africa child (room, food, water etc.) πŸ˜„

comprehensive health check at private clinics including all sorts of test and scan cost only around $800/pax

you don't need to be millionaire to do that πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

If I have 1 mil now, I will take my job even more leisurely...

:rahrah: I always imagine that if I strike 1MM lottery, I would either put in the bank/ invest it. I will continue to work but it is to past time. I think that will change alot of mindset and thinking while at work. You probably put in even more effort and follow your passion eg. challenge status quo more as you are no longer worried about job security.

But.... I don't buy big sweep and rarely gamble so tough to win 1MM.

How to have $1M in the CPF account? Not unless one inherit it fm others (such as deceased spouse, etc…) or top up own account? For the latter, why should one do that? To enjoy higher interest rate in the special or even ord acc? Anyway, if there is $1M in the CPF acc, it will probably be used in investment (trust fund, bonds, shares etc) or used to finance a property.

those who started work in the 80s would have around $1m in CPF esp grown during those years of 50% contribution .... and no cap on bonus payments CPF
