      dimsum:
change of grade from D/E to B+

if the allegation is indeed true,
then the delta change from D/E to B+ is quite ... great.
if is a change initially from C to B+, is ... smaller

Non-NUS law graduates must be laughing their heads off that this is even allegedly possible. Guess the other examiners (if any) must be sleeping. :rotflmao: Or since 17th in the cohort is D/E or borderline pass, 30th and below in the cohort must be Fail. :rotflmao:

How does NUS Faculty of Law review the examination paper(s) done for each subject ?
are there any panel of co-lecturer(s) (if any) to cross examine, review the paper done or question the grade decided for candidate(s) ?

any student(s) or teaching staff from Law faculty wish to comment ?

Maybe the prosecution will call the Dean of NUS Law Faculty to give evidence that a student's grade in a particular paper is determined by only one examiner. :rotflmao:

Sorry, my bad. This is just too funny. I go to notti corner now until 8am at least. 😉

Thanks for update...can't find that article regarding original D grade becoming B. DK sure gave that Teh guy expensive gifts. That shameless lecturer accepted. Now I really wonder what the verdict is...Cecilia case not closed. Exchanging sex for grades...how is she going to be taken seriously?

Widen your prospective and try to look beyond the ethical nature of the case; There may be more than meets the eye.

Is it corruption? I really don't know since their sexual encounters seem to be consensual given the way the case has panned out so far.

Read on and explore and decide for yourself http://temasektimes.wordpress.com/tag/tey-tsun-hang/ what is really behind this case. It would be interesting to see what else will come out of this case.
