Wow, all your breakfast so interesting one ... yummy

I can't serve bread everyday. Will have riot in my house ๐Ÿ˜†

bread in my house will move only if there is scrambled eggs...otherwise it will not be touched...this morn, 3/4 of gardenia calcium bread was finished in 1 sitting. forget about peanut butter or jam, nothing sweet in the morning either.

unhealthy food definitely tastes better than jam and breadโ€ฆkids only take jam when they are sick. scrambled eggs, ham, sausageโ€ฆput all these on the table, even the whole loaf of bread can be finished up on a weekend.

                Good morning :rahrah:

Breakfast was a big bowl of Chinese Spinach ikan bilis soup.

                wow...very oriental breakfast ๐Ÿ˜‰
this morn's breakfast was scrambled eggs, chicken frank and cucumber.

Chinese Spinach is packed with folic acids and iron (vitamin B group) it repairs the blood vessels/arteries/veins.... Best to consume in the morning.

Pregnant and lactating woman is encouraged to take this veggie in big quantity at least twice a week.

To feel full for longer or less hunger spam, try to eat non sugary food.

After hikes of insulin to digest the glucose/sucrose, our body will be hungry for more, thus the craving for more food.

I am actually thinking of removing bananas from my smoothies. Still trying out various combi.

When you say non-sugary you referring to those with added sugars or even fruits?

And looks like with the oats added, it does stave off hunger longer. Still not hungry now.
