Both schools are great choices and will provide a holistic and well rounded education for your child. I think you should allow your daughter to make this decision for herself - it seems from your post that she is mature and conscious of what she believes she wants / will make her happier.
The only point that may be worth mentioning as another parent pointed out is that MGS IP will lead to the IB program which will have a different curriculum and syllabus from A levels. That being said, both are well recognized and can lead to good university placements if your child performs well.
