She had seen the school and is very excited. I like the feel of the whole Tai Pei CC environment. I hope my daughter will be able to keep up with the Chinese lessons.


without subsidy, I think the fees are very reasonable.

she had a nice time,
this being her first Child care I was apprehensive. She joined towards end of N2. had 2 years of enjoyable learning experience.

which school are you registerting? Most likely I am registering at MBS. My only concern is that less than 1km has to ballot... 😢 I am still thinking of 2nd choice.

regards to tt, my girl joins Tai Pei when she is turning to 3yo. she joined on sept (supposed to be N1), however we placed her on N2 with her good friend who is 1 yr her senior.

mine is full day cos i think it will be better for her; kind of she is attending enrichment course in the afternoon (as though). Have you seem the school, curriculum and schedule?

My hubby and I like the school's layout because it is individual classes whereas it wont be disturbed by other classes. Moreover I find that the Principle is well-organised and professional handling if any matter arised.

The CC dun believe in enrichment class. Why do u want the enrichment class in CC? 1stly u need to pay extra on top of the CC amt u paid. It is more worth to pay for enrichment that is outside the CC timing.

I sent my ger straight for full day cos she had previously attended N1 & N2 classes at a church kindy so I dun expect her to cry bucket if I switch her to Childcare.

For my boy, I started him with half day for the 1st day, on the 2nd day I switch him to full day immediately as I realised he found a teacher that he found comfort with. I did it in a very hard hearted way but I also believe kid can adapt much much better in most environment.

Of course I trusted the teachers there. SO far my kids do not fall sick that easily and I dun really have any complaints abt the teachers there. Althot one of my friend did raise a concern of one teacher last yr and she has left the centre in 2010.

hi…
My gal start there when she is 3 yo (N1). This year will be her last year there.

Their class starts at 9.30am. Those children reaches the center before that will watch TV. Don’t know what time they will serve the breakfast till what time (cos usually i will let my gal had had her breakfast at home)

I suggest u put him there full day cos around 11am. They will start toileting, lunch, bath, storytelling then nap. Usually they wake up at aroung 2pm. If you opt for half day by 2 pm you have to bring him back.

N2 they willl hv wkend homework to do. Something i was very impressed with the N2 teachers is they managed to teach those children how to write their name (both english and chinese)

K1 will have spelling and ting xie…
