And in university, it just went up.</blockquote></blockquote>It’s not so much about wearing the glasses or not.. if you need them, wear them. Straining your eyes could make it worse. <br /><br />For some peeps, and I want to emphasise that it’s not for everyone, it’s more of a personal conviction that you believe you will be alright without glasses, that you will make constant efforts to look far, adjust the focal point, focus and then rest your eyes. Looks at greeneries, have outdoor time daily. My eyes are ugly and putting on glasses make me look much more nicer so I cannot live without my glasses.
