And provided, let's assume that there is still school bus  availability, to your house located far in the east. What if, there is no school bus service, to your house ? <br /><br />For older ACSP boys,<br /> say, P4 and above, ie. 10 to 12 years old, perhaps they are big (old) enough to take bus  from Tengah to go home  + change MRT, by themselves. Even then, the journey home itself is going to be long and tiring.  But, what if your son is only Primary 1, aged 7 so young ? <br /><br />If caught in this dilemma, <br />may  consider give up going ACSP (Tengah), enrol your son in some other nearby school instead or consider buying another property in Tengah, assuming u have deep pocket ($). An important consideration even fathers are old boys. <br /><br /><br />I think ACS J may not have the cohort size to produce sufficient GEPer calibre students to warrant to turn acs barker to a GEP school. Doubt MOE under Lawrence Wong leadership as PM will allow that to happen.<br /><br />Tuition center along Bukit Timah belt and Novena may potentially take a hit as well as there will be a large pool of well to do families potentially moving out of the vicinity</p>
