Sometimes back an American professor research on the attitudes of the poor. She subjected herself to live like the poor, made available to herself only few hundreds dollar to start off. Getting herself jobs available to the poor. And she has to take up 2 jobs to make ends meet. To stretch her dollars she has to rent apartment far from city centre and end up spending alots time traveling to works. She was so drained after sometimes, to be even think straight.


There are westerners who sacrifice themselves for
society too. Recent world kitchen volunteers got killed in Gaza, are westerners

Just like so-called aid to African countries conditional upon the country implementing a political system whereby people have to form different political parties to fight among themselves.
There have been many success stories of Western aid transforming the countries in Africa from being poor and exploited place to being rich and developed nations.

Ok... Maybe not that many successes. Maybe not even one.
But hey, it's been only 70+ years of trying. Give and take another 70+ years, I am sure the aid will work.

Their thinking smacks of communism at its source, and we all know how that is an experiment that failed miserably time and again because it is very difficult to have someone to lead that communist country, for the country and not for himself. And, if communism is successful... well, we'll all be running happily around in sarongs saying: \"ubuntu\"... 😂
