Don't mention. Admist the confusing, chaotic, post-covid era, a lost world turned upside down, topsy-turvy and countries globally declared war against one another, we all still desire peace, deep inside us.

The world is pretty much the same as before.

According to historians Will and Ariel Durant's Lessons of History published in 1968, there have already been approximately 268 years without war over the past 3,400+ years of humans existence. I don't think that statistics has improved significantly since the book was published.

Humans desire war, and conflict. That's the way it is. As Phastos said in the Enternals, “Conflicts lead to war, and war actually leads to advancement in lifesaving technology and medicine.”

Does she really need it? Does she have something that she is using now? Get her to consider the main item and whether she really should be getting it; that's more important than looking at the free gift. How do you feel about it? If you think it's not necessary, then maybe you should refuse, or tell her that she must pay some portion of the cost. That may make her think about it more carefully. Also, will her sister also want the same thing? That's double the cost!

She has been waited for more than half a year for this..somehow she encountered quite few frustrations with the current one..I ever suggested maybe get a lower version first then we don't need buy the Care+ ..and change when necessary. Initially she was also considering a laptop for zoom tuition and having more storage. Then she thinks that she will be using mainly a handheld one therefore this option.

Meimei is ok.. she says she feels excited for dd1 when I told her abt it..say if collect she would like to go together too..She has her own. When I asked dd1 for the name engraving, dd1 says the airpods give to sister.

She says no need give her children's day/birthday present le.
