<![CDATA[Mummy Amberz: Newbie on the block...]]>Hey Everyone!


I was told that I oughta check in here so here I am! 😄

I'm a single mum with 2 boys aged 10 & 11yrs. Both my boys have ADHD and my younger son is also Autistic (Asperger's Syndrome) and has ODD as well.

I'm a trained early childhood professional with about 18yrs experience but am currently only relief teaching and running holiday programs during so that I may have more time and energy for my boys.

A lot of my time is spent reading up and researching ways to help my kids cope with the struggles that come along with the conditions they have and I will be happy to share/compare notes with other parents/educators who work with exceptional kids.

I guess that's about all I have to start with. Cheers people!

Haha, thanks. Yes was just replying to tankee that it has been something I have been sitting on. Just never took the time to see it through what with kids and work and everything else. But definitely something I would like to do. Glad everyone's enjoying that little bit of R & R! 😄
