I wanted to share my experience with recurring bed bugs and cockroaches in my unit. After several unsuccessful treatments, I tried Avalon Services, and the results were significantly better; the pests didn’t return. I’m not advertising, just sharing to help others facing similar infestations. It’s worth comparing different companies. I’d love to hear others’ experiences or recommendations!

Every treatment was 45mins, thereafter the house had to be vacated for 2-3hrs after treatment. The warranty was for 4mths after all sessions. Session (ie., every visit down means there is no live bug activity or bites thereafter). I did mine with Jet Solutions. Yup, not endorsing them either but they were a godsend!
