I would seek out a GP first and see what they say. They will refer to a specialist if they think it’s necessary.</p>

My daughter had the same issue after her physical education subject, with swelling, bruising and pain when walking. Dr Seng Chusheng diagnosed an ankle sprain and gave her a brace to support her recovery.
