Not worth to pay $20 to go to the SkyPark... just a 360 degree view of Marina Bay. It is about the same as the view you see from Captial Tower or any tall buildings around that area.
What was bad is that the hotel guests were using the pool but we were just walking and taking pictures of the pool; no privacy at all.
Lunch was at the Chinese Resturant at the 1st level and everything is double the price of normal resturant. For e.g. dimsum is min $8 for 3 pieces. My colleauges ordered deserts which is $50 per person (coconut with birdnest). I choose to skip that as I think it was too much to spend even it is on company's expense! Even the $ is high, the resturant was pretty crowded.
Parking was bad and epensive and company choose Valet parking which is $38 per car.
Summary - OK to go there for the 1st time especially I dont have to incur $ but will not bring family there.

:!: Obviously this place is for high rollers. Not for commoners like me.

Good idea :idea: Family bonding allowance that is pro govt as it encourages the employees to value their family and work life balance as well. Maybe should treat it like medical entitlement.

If I have a chance to dine at Marina Bay Sands I think I will remember it for the rest of my life.

It is not ready - there are no beautiful trees, swimming pool, etc etc. It is almost bare. You get the 360 degree view of Singapore. that’s it.


By the way, we had someone sending us there, and we took a cab home after some shopping around.
