After examining the x-ray, was told by the specialist doc to accept the fact that its due to \"wear &amp; tear\" for the middle ages.<br />The senior specialist doc assured me that I'm very healthy &amp; was the \"best\" patient he'd seen for most the day.  :roll: <br /><br />My ex-colleague once told me she'd signed up for chiro package (paid over 6K) but I've did not get to followup after I left the co.<br /><br />So if anyone else had any better advice.. I need to know as well.
