It is also an individual sport which allows kids to be in charge of their own success and failure thus requiring them to place effort in concentrating on their actions in trainings, which may be reflected in other areas like their studies! You can find out more on this website: https://rochester.kidsoutandabout.com/content/why-your-kids-should-try-fencing

Asgard Fencing Club will be organising our first fencing recruitment camp for kids aged 7-10 years old, and will be held on the 20-22 November 2019, 12-3pm daily!

Several highlights of the camp include inter-group games for bonding, battle gearing and a sparring competition, all of which will be conducted by the coach of former world fencing champion - David Chan!

Do check us out at http://www.asgardfencing.com/recruit2019, we hope to see you soon! Even a simple activity does that... come on... we must be thinking of something as we are running for 20mins! In fact, some times we can be so deep in thought that we forget about the physical exersion we are doing.

That said, if you are looking for something more, um, \"concentrated\", you can try yoga or taichi. Here's an http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=156 and here's a link for http://yogakidsasiapacific.blogspot.com/ (I never tried it myself). Or you can just buy a Wii Fit and undergo e-self-learning .

ChiefKiasu
