I have a new product in my medical hall. According to the supplier, must take at least 3 litres of water daily. Don't have to take both at the same time. Just one or the other. Started bcos of all the strong recommendation. However, I am not really taking to loss weight, more for health purpose. <br /><br /><br />But like what I say, the friend who recommend to me said that a lot of nurses are buying for their own use, so can't be that bad. The best part of this Lacto Fiber is, it is suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding mums, since all ingredients are natural. However, I have tried another - Organic Lacto Fiber. I like the taste and it is made from natural stuff such as fruits, greens, seeds and grains. <br /><br /><br />Organic Lacto Fiber not only helps to flush out the oil from our body, it is also cleanses the toxins in our body, and strengthens our immune system. It is a food and not a medication. I do know that there are people who takes this as a meal replacement such as for supper, tea or even breakfast. If taken 1/2 hrs before meal, it really reduces hunger pangs and tends to eat less. I have even heard stories about people with high blood pressure and cholesterol becoming o.k. after taking it.</p>
