Was sitting at Toast Box today and enjoying my teh and kaya toast, supposedly minding my own business.<br /><br /><br />And that's when I noticed some ladies sitting opposite me, gently scooping their eggs with a spoon to feed oneself. Very dainty and ladylike.<br /><br />But eh... dainty and ladylike I am not  :oops: so I eat mine the way my Ah Kong taught me more than 30 years ago, slurp from the plate - gently. They like their eggs soaked in freshly boiled water for 5 mins. Once done, dunk the eggs into room temperature water for a couple of minutes and they’re good to go! My son eats them straight with a dash of pepper while my daughter likes her’s on toast.<br /><br /><br />Hubby and I prefer oatmeal with dried fruits for breakfast.</p>

The kids loved to crack the eggs on their own.  I prefer to use light sauce &amp; a garlic toast for dipping + milo - yum!</p>

He will scoop out the white first and gently left the yolk.  Then he will bring up the saucer and gulp it.  It was very interesting to watch how he ate it.   <br />2nd ds: He will stir everything and mix it with lots of soy sauce and pepper.</p>
