Hi Comfy, really ah... you heard Kipmcgrath not bad.... ya i saw their brochure stated they help children who are under-achieving in school... so thought of sending him there to try out for one term.... his interest 'watch tv' lor.... :x


Ha...ha.... his interest is also my interest. But I least I can effort 'the time' to watch. I think it might be a good idea to hide the TV somewhere else so that he can focus on his studies. I heard from parents from this forum that P5 are actually studying for P6 and P6 are just revising for PSLE. If this is the case, no much time for your ds2. Which branch are you sending your ds2?

sorry comfy for the late reply... busy lately.... yes P5 is actually studying for P6 and P6 only study for the 1st half year then revision and revision from 2nd half year onwards... that's what my ds1 went thru this year. Am sending ds2 at woodland branch.... hope it helps... 🙏

My DS, really cannot cope with MT, the rest were also average, but deep in my mind, I know he can learn, especially his favorite subject -- sports car!

We are seeing gov.sg admitted to the fact that edu.sg trained workers has not been as good as those otherwise... FT are still marching in, quite some with cheaper, more efficient third world education systems.

Don't stress them before they stress you...
I agreed.... my ds2 share the same as your ds... they actually can absorb when is really their interest...

Some kids really need to be pushed to show the progess... both my ds fall into this catergory :roll:

there's indeed a bigger jump from P4 to P5
school life will be more busy and be prepared to see an initial drop of marks (rather common but not too worry)

MY DS is in Pri 5 next year too, no choice , he is weak in prob sum too. Practise more....:)
