my son is a foreigner but we really want him to go to a good local school. He can only be accepted under phase 3. Does anyone have the results of what vacancies were left for phase 3 from last year as they’ve now taken them off the moe website in order to prepare for this year. Thanks

How does Moe decide to allocate their kid a spot, or to reject them ? Based on their parents' profession ?
That's a grey area. Similar to application of PR. And there's a good reason for MOE to keep it that way.

LOL not the kids' essays zac's mum, the parents need to write essays to describe their kids' characters, abilities, personalities, activities and interactions w peers/adults w specific examples to illustrate. The schools also ask for detailed reports from their preschool teachers. Pretty comprehensive I must say.
