hi
not sure if such thread already exists, but i thot o
f forming a club for mummies with 3 or more kids, to share how each other handle so many kids.

for a start, some questions i have:
if have 3 or more kids, must the mummy be working or can still be sahm?

do mummies recycle assessment bks? erase old workings? photocopy?

must the family be driving a 7 seater?

how to coordinate tuition schedule for eg 3 kids, 4 subjects each?

how to control the budget?

will all kids sleep at the same time?

That's nice. Try to keep the interval between 1-6 years between the kids so that they won't feel too alienated from each other.

I have 4 sons -- 14, 12, 7 and 2. My neighbours voted uniformly that my unit is the most noisy one in the premise.
Wow all sons! I admire your courage! Not easy. A lot of my friends who have 2-3 sons, wouldn't want another 1 more. They scared is another son. ๐Ÿ˜“

Having 3 or more kids is not that easy but has a lot of FUN! I'll never get tired in raising them and loving them unconditionally..

I totally agree! I'm a mom of 3, expecting #4 to arrive in early June! And now that my kids are 6, 3, and 1.5yrs old, they can self-entertain all day long (incl fights and quarrels but we leave them to sort things out on their own!). In fact it seems easier with more kids, perhaps we've become more bochup~ Haha!

We wouldn't have it another way. Sending lotsa love & encouragement to fellow mummies of 3 and more!


Congrats!! I'm also expecting my #4 this year 1st Dec. Now my kids are 8,5 and 1! I agree the more kids we have, it becomes easier. Haha.. the eldest will help to entertain the small one. In fact, sometimes I have to solve the sisters fighting on who never gets to play with their little brother.

If we donโ€™t replace ourselves, in two or three generations, our population demographics are going to change drastically. To keep the economy going weโ€™ll need to bring in foreigners, which means our language, food and culture will undergo change. Having more kids mean more work but I think it is worth the effort.
