I bought the \"Shaping Maths\" from a mummy in this forum since last year for DD1. I find that for eg the P3 topic on \"Fraction\" - Shaping Maths explained the concept of \"which fraction is bigger - 1/2 or 3/4\" in e \"brick\" form, which my DD1 finds it easier to understand.

This is just my personal view - for sharing purpose 😄

And, to add on to the Shaping Maths list, Anglo Chinese School (Primary and Junior)


ACS Junior is using the My Pals as found in their website. I was told that ACS Primary is following suit as well, coz I have gal friend teacher over there told me so.


To add on....Nanyang is using Shaping Maths from Pri1-4. My Pals for Pri5 & 6.

My 2 boys in ACS Pri are using Shaping Maths now.

Usually buy the matching Shaping Maths assessment books so that it's easier to do revision since titles are exactly the same...after getting the Shaping Maths assessment books from Popular expo earlier, the booklist came back and to my surprise :!: found the change in publisher/title.
Saw 'My Pals Are Here Maths' assessment books too, but think I have more than sufficient.

Re change of textbk: I think Nan Chiau moved from My Pals to Discovery Maths only from 2010.
