However, should put into consideration the implications, like considering the feelings of the young kids (especially given their imaginative minds, the sights of cemetery may cause shudders down their spine and wild thoughts).

Of course, remember to do a checklist to evaluate certain aspects before deriving at a decision

There is a relatively new condo at Laurel Wood (off Sixth Ave). The open land on the other side of the road used to be a Chinese cemetery, right?

Just look at some part of Bishan and also some part of Yishun.
