Do give it a try. I was very skeptical and have thought that it was too expensive at first, but after my first month using it, I decided to stay on with it. Can't explain the technology behind it but basically the FIR and Negative Ion can regulate your menstrual flow. For me I experience significantly lighter flow thus changing less frequently(used to need to change 2 hrly on first 2 days). This breaks even for the price issue as I need not change so frequently and my menstrual duration is shortened too. Friend's gal has no more cramp first month into using. Regulate before menses arrive by using the liners(which also have the Negative Ion strips) 2 weeks before the 'M' day. That's how we experience the result in the 1st month. Do try it to feel the difference.

Visit the website for more info and product videos.
http://www.sonray.com.sg/feminine-healthcare.html

You can speak to the helpful ladies in the office, Wilma or Winnie.

Rgds.

pa1407

Reply to Menstrual Cramp Relief on Sun, 18 Mar 2012 14:37:00 GMT

Don't drink green tea, grass jelly, don't eat pineapple or watermelon.

Drink ginger tea, helps a lot!

gladyschan

Reply to Menstrual Cramp Relief on Wed, 05 Jan 2011 06:54:52 GMT

Hi kwokwc,

Wow! I do have customers who give their dd bai fong wan on alternate days for the whole mth (when not having menses) and continue for 3 months and their dd recover from menstrual cramps. Then after 3 mths, their dd just take 1 does after menses. I do have customers coming back to thank me.

I grew up in a TCM store, now running my own tcm store so I am a strong believer in TCM. Even for my own kids, I will give TCM herbs before going to doc for faster medication.

For those who doesn’t want to take pills, you might want to consider boiling bazhen. But like what I say, if want to take TCM to get rid of the cramps for good, must take on alternate days when not having menses, which is why boiling bazhen is not liked by most pp bcos it is time consuming.

To say the truth, try to cut down on panadol. Even my panadol supplier doesn’t take panadol himself. It is really no good. But it is a fast relieve for pain.

Just lie down on the bed with
hot water bag half full and prop feet up on a cushion or pillow. Place the
hot water bag on lower abdomen.
