Same, I thought YI will enter Punggol area with 8-12 COP.
YI was a COP 20-22 school in Jurong. Expecting it to jump 10 points by virtue of a shift would be unrealistic.

It’s more likely for the school to hover around 15 to 16 points in the range of Edgefield, Pei Hwa, etc.

8-12 and 9-16 is not too far apart. Maybe it will drop to 14 next year given that last year was tiger batch that took PSLE.

According to a friend who attended its first open house, P mentioned that the sch is benchmarked against the popular Edgefield sec nearby.

Yes. But the population in Punggol is increasing so I guess there is a need to include a couple of decent secondary school in the area.

I remembered when I was in primary 2, I wrote a letter to my CL teacher every week and hope for her reply. She sometimes gave me a reply every two or three weeks and I always guessed what would be her reply. Every day was so meaningful because I had a hope at that time.
