Bullying going on, inside Shuqun Secondary school.

One secondary boy seen slapping his helpless classmate's head, several times non stop, while others just stood there laughing, at the poor helpless boy.
No one went to his aid, to stop this bad bully.

First, the bully used his bare hand, to slap the boy's head.
After a while, thinking that it was fun, bully then got hold of a book, continued slapping the poor boy's head, relentlessly.

Dear Principal of Shuqun Secondary,
Please rectify bullying, going on inside the school.
As head of the school, you need to stop this.

Also, why didn't the subject Teacher of the class, stop this ?
Is the affected student petrified, or is this a norm happening in this school ?

Bullies abound, victim too scared to retaliate.
Good thing \"Jian Yi yong wei\" classmate sent video, brought this up to alert every parent in this school, of such thing going on.

School Uniform Transfer

Lower secondary 2 sets of school uniforms and 1 set of PE uniform for boy, very good quality, well kept, almost new because these clothes have only been used for a couple of months.
