The best part is that they are unadulterated protein and give a boost of energy that sustains for hours.

My dad eats 5 eggs a day (he’s been following a strict exercise regime) and has been doing so over the past 2 years, and my nephew who is 6 eats at least 1 egg a day, sometimes 2, depending on what’s for dinner each night. But he starts off every day with an egg. We do try to add some variation so he wouldn’t get bored though. Sometimes we give him soft-boiled eggs with toast for breakfast, and at other times, hard boiled pepper egg sandwich or cheese omelette (yum!)
