THey are the most comfy shoes i hv. And with kids to run after, and a hefty 9kg babe to carry all the time, they are wonderful!
I notice that my feet and back will ache when i wear my other shoes, even flats. I think the fitflops do provide good support. I've been wearing them daily for 2 years and they seem to be getting thinner n thinner... time to get a new pair!!

But the prices hv definitely increased from the first time i bought them....

my first pair lasted me for abt 4yrs (daily wear) even subjecting it to hiking up waterfall in Thailand.

bought my 2nd pair as a replacement for daily use and a 3rd pair cos i can't resist the sequins in white to dress up with my outfits.

personally, it works as in i don't get aching feet or back pains. as for toning yr muscles and all that, i felt that perhaps as a regular and long-term wearer (at least 7yrs, iirc), the results might hv reached a plateau.

the other thing is that price hv increased tremendously or maybe the value my $$ hv dropped :lol: and the quality hv also dropped tremendously. noticed that the 2 coloured soles and it's sides are detaching after less than 1yr of usage.

And if you were all wondering if this pair of expensive slippers really work your leg muscles... answer is yes they do ! As an avid runner, I get frequent leg muscle sores esp when I increase my intensity. After one of such workouts, my fitflops were the most uncomfortable shoes to wear ! They were forcing me to use my stabilizing leg muslces when walking, and I had to switch back to my normal shoes till my muscle sores subsided. But I think to really see results, it'll take more than walking in these fitflops... but it's a start, and even if it doesn't work, it still looks damn good walking around in them !

but i bought my first pair - the black crystal type.

i realised that the kids' one is not as mircofoam board is not as thick as the adults' one.

is it as comfy ?

Yes, they have men's and little girls' designs. :love: I'm not sure which place has the most variety, but I would say Isetan and Metro carry almost all the designs.

Hi Sun_2010,

So far Isetan at Scotts have a good variety, better than the one at Wisma.

Taka doesn't sell.

There's a shop in Vivo opposite Team Hair Salon but compared to Isetan Scotts, the latter is better.

Perhaps other forummers can contribute.
