Many years back, I went to a tyre shop to change my tyres. Change my rim as well. Yes I was given a good price. Unfortunately, I was pretty inexperience when it comes to driving a car then. I didn't realise I was given a second hand tyres until my car started to skid. I got into a car accident whereby my car lost grip and started spinning at a bend on a flyover. It was a blind spot for those cars behind me. As my car started to spin, I tot that was the end of my life because I can see those cars behind me approaching me at high speed. Luckily all the cars managed to brake in time one by one.

From then on, I only choose reliable shop to change my tyres. I don't mind paying a bit more for peace of mind. So please check carefully when u change your car tyres. Many of us take it for granted that changing tyres is something simple. It can make a difference between life and death.

Yes, it is important to get tyres from reliable source. DH and I got ours from a small shop in Bt Timah. Service is excellent and in cases of emergencies, you just need to call him and he will be here to our rescue.

Happy Mama

Reply to Where to buy tyres? on Tue, 15 Feb 2011 09:08:02 GMT

Happy Mama:

Augmum:
[quote=\"verykiasu2010\"]
I am not asking how cheap it is.
