I suppose u can make drinks out of these.
Can anyone share how about their preparation? Amt to use etc?

Oh yes, I bought the empty tea bags from Cold Storage. It is very convenient as I could just throw in any herbs or flowers I want, without having to filter/sieve it.


Much cheaper to get from Cold Storage as compared to the shop. A pack of 60 bags only costs $3.15 😉

haha... i did that too. used to buy the empty tea bags from Cold Storage.

Then... decided to pamper myself and got a Bodum cup for tea (with a separate tea drainer/sieve). So, I put the tea leaves or flower buds in the sieve, pour hot water and viola!! Nice cuppa tea for moi to enjoy!! :dancing:

My current fave blend is rosebuds, rosehip and lemongrass tea.

Benefits:
rosebuds - Vit C
rose hip - Vit C and anti-oxidant properties
lemongrass - good for digestion and water retention

HI can i check with you how do u prepare lemongrass tea? Do u use actual lemongrass and boil them?tks !

You can buy finely cut up lemongrass at Perfect Potion (easier and more convenient), and then just add hot water.

Alternatively, I have also bought lemongrass from the supermarket/markets and then cut them up into 3 or 4 parts. Next, bruise the stalks and then put them into a pot to boil. But don't put too much water as you don't want the lemongrass drink to be too diluted. Very refreshing and it's benefits are: good for digestion and water retention.

You can drink plain or add sugar/ honey if you want them sweeter. Can be drunk hot or cold, depending on preference. Add ice cubes for a chilled refreshing drink.
