The fish skin has already absorbed the toxins from the polluted sea. The best is not to eat the skin of large fishes. You can give him fish skin from smaller fishes such as selar, tilapia, sea bass, kuning etc.<br /><br />Don’t add salt to leatherjackets. The flesh is already very salty as I believe they cured the fish with some salt after removing the tough outer skin.</p>

How do you tell whether are the fish farmed or not? It seem fish seller dont even know which country do the salmon or cod come from… Where can i find out these informations?</p>

For large fishes (eg. cod, tuna), don’t give the fish skin as that part contains the most toxins, if any. Farmed salmon is ok but may have growth hormones. Don’t give shark meat to kids. Sharks are at the top of the food chain = most toxins.</p>
