You just hv to give SPH subscription detail of the vendor. The same vendor will still deliver to u. Only now u become direct customer of SPH, so next time, when u hv any problem u can call the SPH hotlines directly instead of ur vendor.

When I subscribe 2 yrs ago, also direct from SPH. Happen to hv road show also. And it already ended this yr Jan 2011.

Kidz Academy, mostly promote the courses for kids. If u plan to send ur kid for extra classes u can go there to find out coz they will be a trial classes so u can see whether ur kid interested or not.

I think it states that the newspaper will still deliver by ur regular vendor. They only help to manage customer services.
