Depending on what I have, I use rock sugar or gula melaka or even honey.

For added health benefits, you can also add in a stick of cinnamon when u boil the ginger. The spice helps to manage our blood sugar level and it's been known to have anti-bacterial and immune supportive properties. It's especially good for our gut. So, everytime I drink my ginger and cinnamon spiced tea, I... uh... imagine them fighting against the bacteria in my gut.

Hi Schweppes.. so when do you add in the cinnamon? and how old do u boil the cinnamon for its effect??? :?

e3nity

Reply to Traditional Ginger Tea on Wed, 30 Mar 2011 15:44:12 GMT

schweppes:
 :faint: :siam: :siam: :siam:

:rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Happy Mama

Reply to Traditional Ginger Tea on Wed, 30 Mar 2011 15:43:37 GMT

Happy Mama:
Ya, then my room will have natural air refreshener.
