<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[Your child&#x27;s feeding pattern:]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">What does your child eat daily?? <br /><br /><br />My daughter is 18 months this is her pattern:<br /><br />9am -200ml of Milk<br /><br />11.30 Lunch - she’s still on porridge (potato, carrot, pumpkin, spinich) one bowl<br /><br />1pm - 200 ml of milk<br />NAP TIME<br /><br />4pm 200 ml milk<br /><br />6.30 - same prridge again another bowl<br /><br />8/9pm 200 ml milk<br /><br />9.30 Bed time!!<br /><br />I feel this may not be enough… inbetween she drinks grip water and i give her juice now and then too!! <br /><br />she does eat well… and weighs 11kg!!</p>

Her porridge includes either fish, chicken or pork besides the vege you mentioned. Sometimes we give her egg and tofu.<br /><br /><br />The routine is about the same but my dd sleeps at 11pm! Gawd… no wonder she not growing as quickly…</p>
