At the moment the PC cannot start-up at all, therefore I cannot save the files into an external drive.<br /><br />Should I bring it to a computer shop for them to retrieve?<br /><br />If yes, do you guys have anyone to recommend? Or how do you guys do with your old CPU in this case?<br /><br />Appreciate your comment. Thanks!</p>
