Also, could anyone advise me on the Food & Nutrition Course at Temasek Poly? My daughter wants to pursue a Degree in Dietetics.

You will need to send your daughter overseas to do it. Below is a website that will answer many questions. F&N at Temasek Poly is but a foundation. It is noteworthy that she must work very hard to obtain a good GPA for qualify for university.
