Once they switch over to the primary school concession card which will be issued soon, child rate applies.

Rec’d the list of transactions fr Jan - Feb.

The transactions look ok, so I must have misunderstood the explanation. The system matter is only the machine that check the transaction which do not reflect the actual refund, giving the impression of over charging. The actual refunds on the other hand had been actually carried out, ie, when tap before alighting, the refund will be done according to the actual distance travelled.

I apologise to have caused any misunderstanding.

Though I still requested for the transactions for the other cards heehee, too paranoid.

Thanks SAHM_TAN for the alert! If there is a system problem, why didn't they announce? Isn't that a form of social responsibility? Disappointed in the public transport companies.
Remember once, there was a similar case too? When the matter was resolved, announcement was made to inform pple to check if they are entitled for refunds on the value top up machine. Be calm, similar procedure may take place for this time too.

I usually only take single bus with no combination of other transport, eg mrt + bus to complete a journey. So I'm not sure abt whether would those be affected or just my case of single trip with just one bus journey.

We do our part and every thing will be ok.

We have 3 cards, bet hubby and I, now busy submitting claims.
