I don’t bring food to PC area. So when i surf i don’t binge… should work rite. Exercise is now my nemisis, which is really stange, cos in my younger days, i swim/basketball/windsurf/hike/canoe, i used to flex my arm muscles with my males friends and they used to tell me that no man would want me if i continue doing dat. Now i become a lazy bum.

:oops: :oops: BMI >30 doesn't count as bb fat, its obesity. I grew from size 10 (age 20) to size 16(current). Which is also now affecting my BP, so me clinical case obesity. This is mainly due to my obsession to chocolate. Now I hv new obsesion >>>>KSP, hopefully will help me get rid of my chocolate addiction. :lol:

As one Dr ever told me that my bio-clock was \"screwed up\" (Yes, he actually used those words), so I need to reset it by going back into a normal day/nite routine. I was working very odd hrs back then.

In your case, your bio-clock most probably adjusted to your current routine. Got to watch your BP though, with age comes health issues. Migraines is once in few months, but when it strikes, sometimes i get blackouts. Still gotto hv a cuppa every moring to start the engine.
I don't get panda eyes, but I hv puffy eyes and newer colleague used to think that I cried lots HAHAHA. I was given mild relaxants and even Valium, but hate to take them as they give me a bad hangover feeling. I used to drink a bottle of beer or a couple of glasses of wine to help knock me out for 3-4 hrs when I hv to work longer period the next day. Didn't become alcoholic but did put on quite a few kgs that i still keep till today, so u know y i :oops: when u say me hawt...

Nope, i dun mind…

Have it since school days,
as a teenager. I study well
at nights but problem with
day… where energy level
is at a low. Guess i was
born nocturnal.

Consultation yes. Cos b4
i was a teacher i was also
a nurse. My GP prescibed
mild sleepind meds to help
me sleep fast. It was fast
and helpful for a bit. I do
feel more energetic during
the day due to more shut
eye time - but the meds
aren’t cheap. Twas free when
i was still with the GP but have
to be a paying customer when
i started to dabble in pre-sch
industry after i left the GP…

So i just let it be… till today.
I no longer have migraines
and i dun do coffee cos never
been a coffee nor a b’fast kinda
girl… its like part of my usual
routine liao and i no longer feel
exhaustion from it. If your next
question is whether i have panda
eyes - YES. Huge ones. Hehee…

Ya lah… forum can be a dangerous
place to tread if one is lonely and
adventurous. No scandals here so
far… especially now this site is No.1
in Global Sites, must maintain clean
and reputable. Kekekeke…

For me, its more to the affable sharing
with other parents here. There is reali
no right or wrong to anything. Mostly
with parenting, child raising, school
selections, etc … are a matter of
preference. Good as long all parents
or users can respect each others inputs
wholeheartedly and provide the space to
be yourself on the forum - except be on
the offensive. Its more abt the sharing
lah to me…

Buds..... :oops: The affair issue came out, cos one of our friend is under suspicion at the moment, and it started from some forum.....

I m no longer insomnic, I was suffering from it about 12 yrs ago due to stressful work and family problems. I hardly sleep and if I did it wouldn't be more than 2 hrs. My boss came to know about it and sent me to see a shrink for almost 6 mths. I managed to come to terms with the problems, then suddenly back to normal. I don't need much sleep, about 6 hrs a day is good enough and I take 20 winks during commuting.

Have u seek any kind of treatment/consultation b4?? How long have u been suffering from it? Sorry, I m kinda nosey, hope u don't mind me asking....

Yap, its a good idea. Good/Bad things must share share mah. It wouldn't be another couple of yrs more b4 my turn to do PV though.

We r still pretty undecided about sending DS to which school. My primary school already dysfunct. DH wants him to attend Canadian school, but fees is a killer and also no Chinese as second language. No point to learn French or Spanish, cos I don't speak them, DH only as good as their elementary level.

No stress, will cross the bridge when we reach it. More reason to spend time on this site. :love:

Thanks, but my job is actually quite easy as I've got lots of class monitors working for me, taking down the names of the naughty ones, while others doing traffic warden duties directing newbies around the website.

In my case its my mom's dagger eyes, followed by her promise to talk to me later. Even now, when she call me and call my name in a certain tone, my 1st thoughts are what did i do now.... I would prefer my dad's \"false\" canning to my mom's stare and \"talk\".
